crew quarters

There is an old saying, "A Happy Ship Begins with a Happy Crew!"

There is no shortage of capable individuals that join a boat for the adventure and experiences.  Essentially they choose to trade good pay for preferable working conditions.   With that in mind, we would like the crew's quarters to be competitive with the market. 

When Fir was last operated, about 60 sailors inhabited the area just under the forecastle.
